What To Bring To Your First Budget Appointment

Your first budgeting appointment might seem daunting, but there is no need to worry.
Firstly, our budget advisors are really nice. They are going to ask you a lot of questions, but everything you tell them is completely confidential.
So you can get the most out of our first session please make sure you bring a pay slip, Work and Income benefit breakdown or a bank statement, so we can see how much money you have coming in.
We’ll also need to learn about what you spend. So gather up receipts and bills to help us learn about the following things:

•       Rent or mortgage costs,
•       Power bills,
•       Phone and internet bills,
•       Finance agreements,
•       Loans,
•       Hire purchase contracts,
•       Court fines or proceedings, and
•       Credit card statements.

We’ll go through all of this together and figure out a plan that works for you and your money.
In the meantime, information at these links may help you work on your money.
