Promoting personal, family & community wellbeing
A safe, warm and supportive place to go
It is important to us that we make our whare (house) a welcoming place, where people feel comfortable and safe.
We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional service and care.
A strong, connected community of empowered people
We are committed to building strong networks with individuals, family and other organisations. We offer encouragement, understanding and education that is available to all people, without bias or discrimination, striving for a socially just and inclusive community.
Our Whakapapa, Our History
The Cambridge Community Agencies Network Trust was first established in 1985 and has a long history of supporting the community. In 2015 the name of the Trust was officially changed to the Cambridge Community House Trust, as this is how we are locally known.
Our Logo
Our logo forms the shape of a leaf, representing growth. The top part of the leaf is the outline of Maungatautari and represents strength, while the vein of the leaf represents the Waikato River and spirituality. The Awa and Maunga emphasise our strong ties with Cambridge.
Our Kaupapa, what we stand for
Community development, empowerment, increased wellbeing of our community, assisting people to gain access to what they want in their own lives.
